I'm glad you like the music, sometimes I spend hours deciding what themes fit the situations, and it's lovely to know that that pays off. Hehe, you got me, that is indeed the Japanese word for special. I like sneaking Japanese words into my VNs. :3
Itami's sprite is indeed the one from Fairytale. ^-^
When I thought about who was best to play a yandere prince, Itami came to mind, because of his clothing and his ability to shift between soft and chaotic expressions. XD
He called MC a toy, yes. Everyone is a toy to him. ^^;

You'll find out more about that in Saito's route, the intention of the stories is that the characters shift in personality with each iteration, but you get to learn the story around them. ^w^
Ashley is indeed a yandere, and I'm so glad that came across, because when I first painted his eye bags on, it looked more like he was wearing make up than ready to slay someone. XD
He's very protective of MC in other people's routes, so I feel he's going to be quite intense in his own. :3
