As far as I remember it happened before: when a new version goes out it's available for "high-level" patrons then in a few days the price will drop to anyone who bought it (then eventually will replace the public version when a new update is out).
Ah I see. So those of us who already purchased the game just have to wait for a little while before it's available to us?
