i am stuck at where it says go to ella and bethy's medical center where is that?
I don't know if you're still stuck, but you have to go to the hospital at night for the "Go to Betty and Ella's at night" objective. The hospital/Medical Center has an ambulance outside it. The ambulance is visible on the overmap.
