I don't want to be too hard on this game since it obviously needed to be finished in time for the jam, and if I come across as such I apologize, but the story is just not good.
Most of the plot progression up until the end is just the characters moving to a new location, a lot of the characters you hardly learn anything about which makes it hard to feel anything when they kick the bucket, I feel like it would've been better if gradually more information about the game and characters was revealed throughout the game. Also Ceci being the final horror feels like it comes out of nowhere, especially in the "stay route" as I like to call it.
The only choice that gives "different events and dialogs" is the choice of whether you go or stay at the start of the game, and the only thing that really changes is some of the text, what characters are with you, who dies off screen (with no mention), and the number of bosses you fight. Also the "six endings" is literally either nothing if you choose to leave or a scene with a character that reveals no new info about them. I did like the puzzles and art though.
All in all, this game definitely had potential but its ideas just weren't executed well, but I definitely feel that if it just had more time it could've been great. If the dev is reading this I that I do not discourage you from making games
