Bigger and monetized youtubers ask for money, aim for newbies who are from same genre .. like

He plays all kinds of games , he agreed to play my game. (Tho his language is Hindi), but never the less he can make shorts... He may work in your case...

It may work for my country as Urdu and Hindi languages are quite similar
