Check the last release date and the Development Logs people. This game's been long abandoned. You may find a few mods to expand your experience a bit longer in the Discord server.
Other than that... The game's all there is, don't expect additional content.
If you're looking for the key to the spawn room's door, it's randomized for each playthrough, so you'll have to finish the game yourself to get it for you. You could try copying someone else's savefile, if you can manage to get one.
