when you say “removed body mod room item” what do you mean? Is the body mod room gone or something else?
In initial design, body mod room is supposed to be unlocked by an item.But in later build, it is unlocked by main story.So the item is removed to prevent wasting resource on crafting it.

The body mod room has already been added back in Ver0.52, but it became a informative one.
