For the best ending, you need to chose the cute outfit and all music options, along with the red rose!
For the death ending, you need to chose either the casual or alternative outfit, and all music options, along with the red rose.
For the failed date ending, you need to chose either the casual or alternative outfit, Say you don't want a rose, and chose any option that seems a little superficial.
