for those Letter.PDFs Passwords are needed but are not included anywhere, or did I missed something?

? I paid for those packs, got each pack a PDF that can't be opened. So again. How can I open the PDFs I paid for?
Did you ever discover the password? I have the exact same problem: I bought 4 Care Packages, and I can open none of the PDF's.
So apparently the password is a puzzle, and will become clear when playing the game. Cool idea.
