Hey I found a bug. When using Hestia's Knife, it doesn't ignore color requirements like it is supposed to.
Hestia Knife is working correctly. You may not have met the other activation condition of having a character with Bell in its name during counter step.
I had a full board of Bells and it wouldn't let me use it multiple times.
Ok so the problem wasn't the card, it was the backup step itself that wasn't checking for ignoring color.
