Hello I only played some games with Konosuba and noticed the effect from Swimsuit Megumin to rest itself and the heal effect from Greatest Mage Yunyun are not optional but ther say "you may"
You have to have "Ask before optional effects" checked in the top right for it to ask on those. This cuts down on annoying effect popups.
