Also leaving feedback to say the EP13 folder is not in my game's Delta folder, despite having the pack installed and even throwing a burner sim into an empty lot in San Sequoia before saving it.
Edit: Apologies! Just saw your update on Tumbler! For anyone else not in the know, place the files for EP13 in the folder outside of delta, so program files/origin games/The Sims 4/EP13.
