I know how to make a Steam Key, but I can't find the option?

Maybe this is more of an issue on Itch.io's side (or mine?), but I can't generate a Steam Key. On the download page I can't find the option to create a key as I've seen in many guides. It just doesn't exist :(

Here's a screencap to show that the option isn't underneath the downloads like it normally should:
