I've recently started playing again with the most recent update and when i go to the slaver administration Derek informs me i can purchase a cage for slaves, but i cant find where to make the purchase everything I go back to talk to him the only option available is to leave, tried a new game but now I can't figure out how to join the slayers in the first place, any help would be appreciated.
