I dont like it when this happens. The best thing i can think of is to try to uninstall/remove the app and reinstall. Let me see what I can do to help debug the issue.
So... I figured it out and it worked for me. The problem was in the files folder. I had to delete it myself because after reinstalling the game. The folder was not cleared.
