It's a bit mixed with preferences... Some NPCs are more versatile than others [meaning more options]. I'll generally jump in with your selected preferences [if you like both the kink and the character], but want to give you the option of choosing other routes if you haven't already explicitly rejected the kink or character. It's also quite WIP 😂
