First Check server load, you need to make sure your server isn't crashing every time a new user joins.
It is at the bottom of the server tab.
If it is full, or has a loading animation, that means it's crashing, you need to optimize your site, or upgrade your server.
If your server is fine. That means you need to market your site for it to get popular, this happens from adding content to your site, like articles and images, along with the marketing tab.
