Are there gonna be anymore updates for the demo version or will there just e updates for the paid version from here on out? I've kinda been bamboozled about this for a little bit.

The demo is always going to match whatever the current full version is, though it will always be those first couple days of the story in the demo and cut off there. Since there's no new story being added to the game, that means the only updates the Demo will be getting are art improvements and the like.
