Bro, where is the second jammer in Sombra's quest? I've checked every part of the map that's available (I don't have access to the top right area)
It's in the pool. Check with X-Ray (lvl 0), should be under the bench there

Did you collect the first jammer? You need to give it to Sombra for the next ones to appear, if I recall it correctly.
