Sara. In the quest log there is a picture of the manager when you check the quest.
Is the quest working or not yet implemented? because I tried talking to her at all times of day ^^"Do I have to be at a certain point in the story or is it just from the moment I get to level 35?
I am not now 100% sure if it is indicated in the quest log but obviously, there should be no active event. Talk to her in Autumn/Winter.
