Yeah. You're not the only one who has had this issue.

This happens because one or more of the files becomes corrupted during download. Try downloading again with a different browser and you should be good to go.

I tried multiple downloads using both Chrome and Internet Explorer, and the same file (build.xnb.deploy) is corrupt every time.

Has anyone actually verified a correct download?

The same file is corrupt using Firefox on another computer and OS. Please repack and re-upload.
