Life happens, while this isn't the best news I'm glad you shared this so we know what's going on!
Ultimately though, important thing here is your well-being. Without you this game wouldn't exist and if you work on it while not at your best then the quality may suffer. Take as long as you need, hell, maybe even take a break if you need to! Would hate for you to be burning the candle at both ends and causing you to burn out or, even worse, start to dislike working on this title as a whole!
