Every time I try to trade with Horace it just brings me back to the option to wait for her

The issue has been addressed. Make sure you have the updated FIX file. It will soon be updated to FIX 04. Without the patch file, errors like this will occur.
Additionally, if the links for the patch files are not showing up, please let me know. It's not easy for me to tell how visible the patch files are when people find the game and download it.
