Mate... You have to unpack a zip file first. If you don't know what a zip file is, you are likely too young to be playing this game.

Do you know an APK that runs this PC game?
I mean all I know is to install APK. So in all of my years playing adult games are all APK so it's new to me to how unzip the zip!!

As a way to unpack a zip you need to extract the zip folder to either another folder (if it doesn't come in a folder when you look at it) another but sometimes messy way is to just copy the files out of the zip folder
