I have a few questions, if you could answer them :)
1.) Do you have a general timeline in mind for the game? And, could you give some more details about the game (just a general idea of the plot/setting, characters, etc.)?
2.) Do you have any specific examples of what you're looking for with the art style?
3.) Are you looking for an artist to do all of the game art (sprites, CGs, etc.), or are you looking for multiple artists to do each role?
