Yes. It happens in second town, in a Pub (tavern). The character takes the place next to the bar, talks to intimidating lady, asks her to take them to the back of tavern. Then chooses table.
You can also let her do it on the bar
Also in the same Pub you can buy two drinks, then stand up, and you get approached by people who want to gang you right on the table.
