Did you missed that the setting itself is pretty much fucked up grimdark-ish mess if you think about it for a moment? Like, signs are right there if you paid attention to the story and not just NSFW content.
Anyway, of all "sexual relationships" we have obedience training, that more about dominance than sexuality per se. Everything past this was HER idea, and even though you CAN be a dick about it (pun is not intended), game doesn't encourage you to do so. Kinda discourages, really.
