When we try compiling it on a mac it works on that computer, but then if the file is uploaded to the internet then downloaded on another mac it doesn't work even though nothing should have changed. 

Ah ok, thanks for the response. I did some searching and some people say that it is the way that it is exported. Im not really a Unity savant, but is there maybe a different way to export it?

Also, found a thread where they have the exact same problem and maybe this can help. Im not really a programmer but it could have something to do with the CodeSigning. https://forum.unity.com/threads/the-application-cannot-be-opened.404388/
