Hi, I'm late to the party. We played this game 2021 on halloween and had a blast. We 4 played like three rounds. Some of us were on Windows and some on Linux and the game connected right away without flaws. Well done! We really liked the game. As you said the steam version has some bug fixed - like on the itch.io version we could not take seats in the helicopter as the hitbox of the seats was too small or something like that. But nevertheless it was fun!
