Yes, but you need less than -10 respect in your crew. A random event is triggered when you talk to him at the bridge. Also, you can have sex with him if you follow the quest "Defeat Bradley" given by him after landing on Sithyrya. In that combat, you can tease him, then surrender. The opposite if you play as top. There's also a scene working at the club.
