The whole point of the Trolley Problem is that there's no right or wrong answer, it's down to individual values. Labeling a state as "Bad Decision" or "Good Decision" is kind of sucky. Mind you I agree with most of the decision states but it's still flawed.

yes there is no right answer, but in game you can’t have that ambiguity. You can either win or lose, and you should have clear conditions for each case . Yes it’s not correct labeling decisions in thought experiment as bad or good, but in a game it makes perfect sense

Except there are games the have that have that ambiguity, Trolley Problems Inc comes to mind as one example.

You can play those games instead. For me, if whatever you do, you will "complete" level it not really a game
