whenever i attempt to download it says "Failed Virus Scan" I assume the download doesn't have viruses with the amount of promoting, so how do I get past that? it wont let me download...
Edit: it also sometimes says "Removed"

First, navigate to Virus & Threat Protection, press Quick Scan, then Start Actions on whatever is displayed.
Restart your computer.
If the above does not work, check the browser you are using, make sure it is not blocked by Firewall.
