Why my Antivirus program find this virus inside the game?

It's probably just NWJS being detected as a virus. I've seen people face antivirus issues with NWJS before, and a quick search shows this discussion on Steam and this discussion on GitHub, so it's just a false positive.
Thank you for your answer. It seems if i download the other version of the game would be fine.
