Different categories to try:

Any%: No rules (current record to my knowledge is 23:98 by crobodile)

0 Checkpoint%: You may only touch the very first checkpoint, yes it is possible (current record to my knowledge is 29:74 by me, i don't have video proof tho)

100%: Stand on every platform, checkpoint, sign and pillar possible (current record to my knowledge is 1:22:55 by space)

Record for any% is 23.98 to my knowledge.

Also, its been found that for 100% you stand on everything except the "T" to restart sign.

ALSO ANOTHER RECORD TO TRY: Trackpad WR at 30 seconds.

Plus backwards run.

how do you get on the very last pillar (Between 3jump and last checkpoint)

that's the only one you can't reach. But, by moving your character sideways, you can make the jump after the first two pillars to the other ones.
