Sofia instakill you if you use holy skill. She go full force and you cant even do anything against her in this state.

you can but it depends on the phase, if you use holy in the first ones, she will get angry, if you use it in her transformed versions, it is ok as long as you defeat her fast

When i saw how powerfull she became when i gave her a headpat i decided to never try holy skill against her anymore.

After your post i tested it and she didn't transform when using the demon layer for her second form or if she was pined or asleep.
