As a Ukrainian team, we cancelled all plans of adding Russian language for quite obvious reasons.

I'm sorry, but how are political disagreements related to the comfort of players who understand only Russian?

Maybe it's hard for you to grasp as a concept, but we don't want to do it as a matter of principle. Our team had to abandon their homes, got separated from their friends and family, their cities got bombed, relatives were drafted for war, hometowns got occupied by russian army, they spent months and months hiding in bunkers, having to constantly fear for their lives.

We won't translate this game to the language spoken by occupants, that destroyed lives of so many people we know, and almost ruined ours. Though we will gladly translate it to Ukrainian, as you said, for the comfort of our players.

And as for players that only understand russian - we don't really want them playing our game. Though we will gladly accept their money to make sure they are never used to fund russian war machine.

Have a nice day.

Well thanks. I can only hope for the addition of the Russian interface, at least someday. Thanks for the reply, good luck!

The russian people aren't the ones that are making the war, the war is caused by politics, i know that is hard to understand and that Ukraine is suffering, but the common people don't have power to do nothing, you can't blame them

At what point in our post did we blame common people? Is it really that hard to understand, that we don't want to translate our project to the language, that is so tightly connected to probably the most traumatic and painful period our team members had to endure?

It's not some convoluted way of punishing common people of russia, we just don't fucking want to.

Any continuous discussion will result in a ban. Thanks for understanding.
