what is ego, how do i see how much i have, and what does it do?
Ego increases your genitalia size. You increase it by defeating enemies.
On top of what wumbojombo said, it also affects your "confidence" meaning if you buy "Bigger challenge" in the total category it should make enemies stronger during the fight. Beware, losing a fight makes you lose your ego!
