is there a way to reallocate your own characters attributes?
Yes, if you go down to the beach and through the tunnel you can talk to the little plush. It will let you reset your attributes, but beware that it broke the ability points. So if you have any abilities or points store those will vanish (unless that's been fixed, so be sure to save prior). Also, it does not remove the permanent skill orbs that you use.
