An official android version is still planned, but not a priority as of now. After v0.3.1.1 was released back in August, I had asked on my feedback poll whether making a port to android was something I should prioritize and the demand at the time wasn't enough to justify it yet.

It is still something I plan to do at a later date, however in the meantime you can find an "unofficial" android port of the game on page 6 of this game's thread on F95Zone.
