I have no idea how the heck you got Toby, considering he's restricted to the bathhouse and possibly somewhere else in Area 2, so you'd have to tell me how you acquired him. I haven't programmed that yet because he's not even supposed to be accessible. Second, I've never played this Desolate Mod you speak of, nor do I know who this machine gun guy is, apologies.
