First you need to switch to it. In the lower right corner there is a camera icon, switching views, and there is a 360 camera
I see the 360 camera icon pop up when I switch to specific cams but when I click on the icon nothing happens if that's what you meant.
it just means the camera angle you're looking at is 360 click and drag with your mouse to turn the camera
I tried clicking and dragging and it doesn't turn the camera.
