My goodness, I've been done a fair bit of hypnosis training with audio files, but I didn't know what to expect from something that was text only. I'm astounded! One of the deepest trances I've gone into. I won't say specifics to avoid spoiling the fun for others, but the program used a word that I'd had conditioned as a trigger from audio files and it instantly dropped me deeper into trance. Lovely!
