Make sure to attach your player logs, they are found at:

%appdata%\..\LocalLow\HushFinGames\Those Who Crawl It should be a file called "Player.log"

Please also include as many hardware specs as you can.

Note that if you are using intel integrated graphics your specs may be too low for the game, also be sure to check your antivirus, otherwise we will try as hard as we can to get it working.
