For 44.1, not yet. However is likely a chance to date her in the future updates. If I remember correctly, is because there is no clothing that would fit her due to the meat parasite. After this, you can no longer invite her on a date. Maybe you need a curtain clothing or is not on the version yet and we have to wait for a future update.
