My two biggest issues were that the clock does not reset when you reset, and input buffering/held jumping.
In section 10 in particular, the first issue is the biggest. You have an error window of about 1 second, and very often you'll end up waiting on the platforms to spawn for well over that.
For the other issue, I often found I held spacebar too long when falling and would accidentally input a jump. A command to trigger a jump should only be triggered by the frame the ButtonDown event is triggered.
