You'll have to convince Patreon for that to happen, there used to be a set of pictures you could find of your mom in ye old days, and apparently, even that was too much for Patreon, so it had to be changed, so don't get your hopes that high up.
Is not like they couldn't, but there is a risk involved, Patreon reviews these games from time to time(based on notoriety it seems), even if it's hidden, optional, and in some cases, just alluded to, if it offends someone at Patreons special snowflake morality council, they will give you a warning, and if you don't obey, you'll get banned.
