As the title states after the latest update (9940.0) the game will run at 30fps but will be in slow motion. I messed with the time scale a little bit but the best I can do is force the game into running at double speed. Which, in a bullet hell esc game dosent really work.
I dont know if I report bugs here but I thought I'd give it a go. System specs are
GTX 1080 armor core, intel I5 8600k, 16GB DDR4 2444 ram, and a couple of random hard drives :D
if anyone sees this please let me know if you have a similar issue.
