you can bypass the car crash blocked road at the start of the game by walking trough a narrow gap in between 2 buildings in the back alley to the left of the blue "bank" nearby
Yeah I know this one but I'm purposely letting it be since it can allow knowledgable players to do a bit or early exploration.
