I think you can add some side quests for each girl to tell more about their stories.In such quests players can control the girls as MCs to adventure alone.

That is indeed a planned feature for the finished release.
We want each of your companions to have their own playable side quest that shows you a little more of their past exploits the more you get to know them.
We figured that would be a more fun and engaging way to tell their stories rather than long paragraphs of text.
