If you can open up a game and start a level, press Esc (or P) go to settings and try lowering the graphics
if not.... there is an INI file somewhere, I will try to dig it up
if i setup to high graphic it not crash, but when in set it into xbox 360 or potato it crash and it say like that
ok, very weird... But not surprising, I guess :)))
Can you share your specs? And also what system do you have?
it's a potato laptop using intel HD graphics 5500 and intel core i5-5200u
